Our Board

kristin riddick bodendorfer, President, CEO

Kristen Bodendorfer is the mother of six children. She and her husband of 30 years run a window treatment installation business, The Blind Man. Kristin attended YSU for Early Education and ran her own daycare in California while her husband served in the Airforce before moving to Ohio. Prior to starting DIVA Donations she worked 18 years looking for missing people and reuniting families on several television shows and for Ancestry.com. While raising her 4 daughters she realized what a financial struggle families face trying to send a young girl to attend a dance/special event. This led Kristen and her daughter to pick up extra dresses to help friends attend a dance. That was the beginning of DIVA Donations.

Allison McLoskey Saxon, vice president

Allison graduated with honors from Youngstown State University in 1999 with B.A in Organizational Communications. Allison is also a S.I.F.E Alumni. She became involved with Diva Donations in 2013 and enjoys the fulfillment it provides as she gives back to the community.

Tammy Kennedy Engle, treasurer

Tammy Engle, a native of Brunswick, OH, moved to the Mahoning valley 15 years ago. She has her masters degree in special education but chose to pursue a career as a stay-at-home mom after having children. With the help of her physician husband Michael, she quickly became involved with The Mahoning County Medical Society Alliance. This organization allowed her to volunteer on various committees including the Fashion Show and TWIGS, a crafting program for the patients of Akron Children’s Hospital-Mahoning Valley. She has served as their President and Treasurer. In addition to her duties at DIVA Donations, she is also involved in the PTO. Tammy enjoys the joy of giving back, and loves having a local impact

Susan Shank , secretary

Susan has held several corporate careers and entrepreneurial careers throughout her life, however, working with the community and helping those who cannot always help themselves is what drives her every day.  Susan serves as a Committee Member of the OSU Extension Office and is also the President of the Lisbon Chamber of Commerce. She feels that these positions provide her with the opportunity to see a community through the eyes of many individuals.
